Back 40 RV & Campground

Awesome place to stay in Bella Vista! Right on the Back 40 Loop! Mark and his wife were super awesome. He helped us get our 39' fifth wheel into spot #2 and gave us some insider info on the local trails. The campground is very private, but still a close drive to groceries, restaurants, and downtown Bentonville. The ground is gravel with some grass growing through it - very little dirt to track into your RV. This is a dream location for cyclists, and you can't ask for a nicer host!

Absolutely wonderful host and I love how quiet it is. I am close to everything including the Back 40 bike trails! Mark and Ashley have been amazing and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay while visiting my daughter who lives in Bentonville Arkansas.

Great hidden gem in the hills of Bella Vista right off the Back 40 trail. There are only 5 spots so you never have to deal with a crowd. The host/owner is warm and inviting. You can make reservations via text and pay with Venmo.

Great little secluded park near all sorts of trails, and a beautiful location not too far from town. Spots are perfect for smaller campers, but we were able to park our 35ft 5th wheel just fine. Sites are electric only, but there is a dump station and the water spigot is close enough you can fill up from your spot. The owner, Mark, was more than welcoming and very helpful. We needed a last minute spot as we were between campgrounds and he was nice enough to accommodate an early check in and late check out. Well worth the stay and would highly recommend adding this stop to your trip.

RV site is clean and beautiful. Mark is super helpful and welcoming. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot right next to the trails, this is the spot. Just opened a month ago so it wasn’t busy, but sure that will change once people find out about this place.
