***Update on the situation They kicked me out for banging on the door resulting in noise complaints from the houses next door and now won't answer my phone calls regarding my deposit. Would love to speak with the business owner about your wonderful attendant that is manning your facilities. When I asked what I should have done he stated sleep in my car. Don't know how things are done in Utah but in Idaho you are able to have an intelligent conversation with a person about issues that happen without refusing a paying customer. DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner/Lobby Attendant states it's like a hotel 6 but I've never been locked out pounding for hours on the door at a hotel 6. The place is barely good enough if you need a heated roof over your head for a night. Better than sleeping in your car. Office is closed and unstaffed for both check-in and check-out, does not answer calls. Locks doors at night before they're supposed to and doesn't show up without multiple calls. The room was way too warm but better than my cramped car. When another guest managed to get a hold of someone, I was told that I would have to wait for an hour for someone to arrive to return my security deposit, which would be well after the check-out time.

I have traveled to nearly 80 countries and slept in dirt floors... yet this was the most neglected and disgusting hostel I have ever seen. The new guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful... but that was it. No towels, freezing freezing cold rooms. No extra blankets. Moldy mattress above me is raining filth. I can feel every spring in the mattress as well as the bars holding it. Random trash everywhere. Stuffed in the closet, behind and inside the broken down dresser. The price was very cheap $45 but I still didn't get my money's worth. The whole place smells like rancid bacon grease.

These people intentionally mislead, stole my money, and have no place running a business!||I made a nonrefundable booking and then was told by the hostel that showing up after 10:30pm meant I wouldn't get a bed that I paid for. I didn't see anything about this on the Agoda booking. And for that matter, I've stayed at hostels all over the world and never once heard of a policy like this. In fact, most hostels will make sure you are accommodated, even if there's nobody there to greet you after hours. This was the opposite - 24 hour front desk (per their website) but no bed for you if you show up after 10:30pm!?||Couldn't existing guests can come and go at any hour of the night anyway? Couldn't the hostel simply ask for guests to keep quiet if we arrived late? ||To top it off, the guy wa

This one was a strange one and I only stayed for maybe an hour, before leaving. Im used to the canadian hostels for 21€ with blankets, towels and overall good quality, But this one was my first one in the us and has scared me strait to look into the reviews before hand. You get no blankets, no sheets, no towels, the bathroom is shared, the stalls have no doors only curtains and the showers are only separated by curtains. I didnt test much further, but it certainly was an unexpected drop of quality, in regards to the neighbors up north. I do not recommend staying there.
