Ava Stays

SCAM ALERT i booked a room a few months ago. they told me the payment didn’t go through, and it in fact wasn’t charged to my card, but the reservation was made. we would stay in contact for the payment. yesterday we arrived to the room, it was completely different to the pictures, it was filthy, bad smelling and under maintained. the shower was supposed to have a glass. it had an old curtain and the most disgusting dirty rug. the towels and sheets were disgusting too. i told ava stays about the problem and sent pictures. they didn’t answer to provide a solution. we had to go somewhere else. today they charged me for the room. also, they answer 1 email a day at most. communication has been a disaster. the room was a scam. we lost a lot of time and peace. they have to give me my money back.
