Perfect place and approximity to downtown Fredericksburg. It was very difficult to find a knife and cutting board to cut some fruit for breakfast. Finally found it the second day under the kitchen towels. The knife and cutting board were extremely tiny. I also would have preferred a scrubber brush instead of a dirty used sponge that I didn't have to touch. And perhaps some wash cloths or biodegradable wipes. Everything else was excellent!

Spent 2 days with my wife in #2 for our anniversary on 6/13/21. House was ok in my opinion. Definitelyclean and well kept. Mattress for my preference was way too soft so I was unable to sleep in the bed either night. I ended up sleeping sitting up on the couch which the cushions were worn down to nothing so it was like sitting on a futon. The bathroom set up was nice, open and clean and only complaint I have with it was the water pressure in the shower, it needed to have more pressure at least in the hand held wand, but that is my preference. On to the hot tub, it too was clean and well kept but there needed to be some sort of air flow, possibly a ceiling fan because it got unbearable in there so it cut our time in the hot tub short. Great experience all the way around. Would give 6 stars if possible. Walking distance from Main St. The property management is top tier. Returned a very valuable item I left behind at the property. Great place, highly recommend!

Booked for a anniversary weekend. I was not sure what quite to expect, but my wife was sold on the interior photos ( the giant bathtub was what did it) and the external photos of a private outdoor space with a hot tub. The room was well decorated, absolutely as pictured with the added bonus of one of the softest beds and pillow combinations I had ever felt. All of the bedding is of the highest quality. The amenities provided included 2 TV's one on the external deck space and one inside that swiveled not quite far enough to watch from bed. I was absolutely unbothered by that, because we wasn't using that bed for anything but... some of the best sleep we've had in years. I also enjoyed the shower, with what seemed like unlimited hot water. It gets hot quickly and stayed hot. We will be back

Stayed for our anniversary weekend. Overall place was nice, but the mattress was entirely too soft, and eventually a shower will need to be put in.
