Price at $650 I think is high, but is all inclusive
Was a great little place until it was sold and put under new management. Also the trailer there is always trashed out and looks horrid. Not allowed to have more then 2 pets anymore or anything. No real yard for the spots. Feels super cramped and unwelcoming.
This is a great home quite the place to live.
