Astro Motel is now Inland Inn & Suites

I had to book this hotel last minute after my original reservation was canceled and everything else in the area was sold out. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and not properly maintained. The condition did not match the photos shown online at all. What is advertised is completely misleading compared to the actual state of the property. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere, even if it costs more. Cleanliness and basic standards were not met here.

This was unmistakably THE worst place I have ever stayed in my life. If I could give it negative stars I would....The husband and I had attended a show at the college, not intending to stay over night, but found ourselves too exhausted for the trip home and stopped at the first motel we found near downtown San bernardino.(we were unfamiliar with the area at the time) What a horrible experience.All I wanted was a bed for the night and not expecting the stay we were low on cash. Well, you truly get what you pay for. The clerk at the desk, an older woman, was not only rude, but kept insisting that there were no dogs allowed.She must have said it ten times before I left the lobby to wait outside. Worst place to stay , dirty sheets and pillow cases all the time they over charge for deposit and when u check out they always make excuses to not give u back your money the guy is very disrespectful and never wants to change the sheets , they gave me a dirty room with broken light and when I asked to change they decline and when check out came they charged for me sheets that were already dirty from the previous day

Great stay ! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was honestly impressed with how quiet it was at night—it made for a peaceful night’s sleep. One thing that really stood out to me was the new showers they’ve installed. They’re modern, spacious, and have great water pressure, which made a big difference in my stay. For the price, you can’t beat the value. It’s clear they’re putting in effort to upgrade the place, and I definitely appreciated it. Would stay here again!

Got a room last min due to the other hotel was nasty.. This guy helped me right away, he super nice! great customer service, rooms are new, bathrooms are new, very quiet, no homeless people around.. this was really good, i definitelly recommend it, i will come back here everytime ill b visiting 😁
