I had the chance to photograph a fall wedding at Aspen Meadows Resort, and the setting was truly spectacular for a black tie celebration. The golden aspens and mountain views paired with the clean, modern architecture created a backdrop that felt both elevated and deeply connected to the landscape. What stood out just as much as the scenery was how accommodating and supportive the team was throughout the process. Months before the wedding, they welcomed me to scout the property and personally took me around the grounds, which greatly supported the planning process. Location and the layout of the hotel is perfect. It offers ample options. In terms of service one individual stands out and his name is Matt. He is one of the drivers of the shuttle and he is very polite, very dependable and makes the guest feel at home. He is an asset to your company.

Chris from Aspen Meadows was absolutely outstanding. From the start, he went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Chris is a fantastic and friendly driver. He made the ride enjoyable with his warm personality. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really set him apart. We had to transfer to another location with lots of bags and make it back in time for our conference. He made the trip easy and made sure we got back on time. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Chris to anyone visiting Aspen Meadows!

Matt, the shuttle driver extraordinaire, will go above and beyond to be helpful, professional, and fill of knowledge to help his guests. But the best part is Matt is fun and a genuine soul. The resort should use him as an example to other employees! Matt should train them in making guests have a great customer experience and his interpersonal skills are beyond!
