Ashmore Inn and Suites 0/5 Terrible I never write a review, but this time it is a must. I would want someone to tell me about this place. The room felt neglected, pillows were dirty and smelled used with hair on them. The hallways as you walk to the rooms look like they are falling apart with drywall tape coming off them. Place looked like a haunted maze. We stayed one night and had booked for two, but couldn’t stay second night and they would not and didn’t refund my money. I booked online, but payed at property and they told me since I booked through third party they couldn’t do anything on their end. Which I know they can because when you pay at a property they can refund your money. Also I didn’t pay online as if I would have done that then the third party would have to refund me not t

Positive: The staff Negative: Sunday morning breakfast was being maintained by the same person running the front desk. She did the best she could with a great attitude but couldn’t keep up.

We made a reservation and paid in full ($518.00) for a meeting room with Junette. We arrived an hour before our meeting and the door was locked. The staff on duty couldn't find our reservation initially. They did find it later. We (my husband, our 2 staff and me) spent an hour setting up tables and chairs. We covered the round tables with wrinkled linens that were for rectangle tables but ran out of linens. We had to use the reverse side of dirty linens to cover 3 tables. We cleaned counters, tables, and the kitchen. A gentleman vacuumed the carpet - not the restrooms. I asked him to please vacuum the foyer before he left and he said "the leaves would just blow back in when people open the outside door." I asked him to please vacuum it. This place is rundown. The staff was nice and offered places to eat after I asked them. They also moved us from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor since they don’t have an elevator and we have lots of luggages. It went downhill from there. We went to the 1st floor room and it was filthy. The floor wasn’t vacuumed and the fridge was so dirty. They also didn’t have hand soap, which should have been prepared. They didn’t have a complimentary toothbrush either. We checked the 2nd floor room to see if it was better, but it was not. The fridge was also filthy with beer. The bathroom towel rack was missing and the wallpaper was peeling. I also noticed outside that the vents were cracked or broken. One of the stalls of their public bathroom wasn’t flushed. I had to tell them. I had booked to stay

Nice and quiet place to stay.. the location is perfect. Stayed during the storm and was grateful for the warmth of the room. The front desk was very friendly and the housekeeping people were kind enough to make sure I had what I needed for the next day. Would deff recommend and would deff stay here agan
