Artezen Hotel

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel has an indoor rooftop bar with nice views and a happy hour from 4-6 pm. The room was a little worn - the shower door was clunky to slide. Nothing really wrong but expected something a little more upscale for the price. There’s a casual and affordable breakfast place next door with a direct connection via the hotel lobby. The hotel is walking distance to the World Trade Center.

Amazing location downtown! Immediate proximity to the WTC & 9/11 museum. 25 minute subway from Central Park, 20 minutes from Time Square, 10 minutes from Brooklyn. The area is lovely and safe. So many food, drink and shopping options. The hotel is so comfortable, bright and welcoming. The room we stayed in on the 19th floor had a nice view outside, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the facilities were great. The room was optional to be serviced which was nice & eco, and when we selected the option for room service it was refreshing, clean and amenities were refilled. ||All the staff & concierge’s, Jose, Darwin, Juan, Peter, only to name a few were all so exceptional & welcoming. Assisted us in any way possible. ||Genuinely really happy with this hotel and will stay again in the fut

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at in Manhattan. Gorgeous amenities, clean and well maintained rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful dining option and tucked away on a side street. Frequent travelers to Manhattan will appreciate this gem! I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is a perfect location as it is only a 5 minute walk from Brooklyn Bridge and the 9/11 memorial. Transport is very accessible, as the subway is right across the street and then a 15 minute ride to uptown New York. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas and it was very nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and clean. When we arrived the hotel staff were accommodating to us as they allowed us to check in a little bit earlier than we were supposed to. Staff were kind and helpful with travel advice around the city, in particular Jose was a fantastic member of the team. He organised transport for us and went above and beyond for our needs/requests. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone that visits New York and would definitely stay here again.

We loved it here, the location is brilliant, can walk to pretty much most places downtown, and the subway is literally at the end of the street for everywhere else including JFK Airport. Staff were friendly, Brenda and Jesse in particular, always welcoming. Rooms were decent, good size and the shower was great. Fiji water everyday, and your tea and coffee to start your day. Rooftop bar is good, lifts get you up there in seconds. Loads of places around the hotel to grab a bite to eat. Felt safe walking round the area too. Will stay here again when we return to NYC. Well done guys, keep up the good work 👏
