ARRIVE Palm Springs

We stayed at the Arrive Hotel in Palm Springs from Feb 27–March 3 and had such a great experience. I’ll admit, some of the reviews we read beforehand had us a little worried, but honestly—do yourself a favor and take those with a grain of salt. Not everyone is easy to please, and sometimes it feels like the only people who write reviews are the ones who aren’t. This hotel is awesome if you know what you’re booking. The vibe is super chill, the pool is amazing and relaxing, and we never had to fight for chairs in the sun. It felt laid-back and easy the whole time, which is exactly what we wanted for a Palm Springs trip. 🌴☀️ The staff were all incredibly nice. Huge shoutout to Andre and Nia for taking such great care of us. They were incredible all weekend and went above and beyond anytime

Beautiful aesthetic, lovely support staff, definite a great place to stay with your friends or s/o in Downtown Palm Springs. It's relaxing but lively. Loved sitting out in the patio and by the bonfire at poolside. The bed was so comfy. The room was a modern and 60s/70s vibe. Not noisy at all. Very clean room and area.

Overall, I would not stay here again, nor suggest it to others. I come to Palm Springs frequently and have stayed in many of the hotels in the area and Arrive was actually my least favorite of them all. Pros: - the hotel itself is beautiful - especially the pool area. The pool and hot tub are awesome, the fire pits are really cozy, and the yard games are a nice touch. I spent most of my time by the pool and it was really nice. - the architecture is beautiful and the rooms are really cute - the people that work there are really nice and generally helpful! The manager in particular was very sweet. - nice location, quiet Cons: - the shower was so bad! For a hotel charging nearly $300/night, you’d expect a really nice shower. This hotel might have been a 4 star at one point, but now I would put it somewhere between 2 and 3. The rooms are very basic with one tiny chair to sit on and uncomfortable, soft mattresses that have seen better days. No kettle or coffee maker, no slippers and pretty short on 4 star hotel basics, overall. We stayed two nights and no one cleaned the room. The hotel is on a busy road and it's REALLY loud inside the room. Location is okay. We ordered breakfast at their restaurant and waited almost an hour for eggs. Overall, it felt like they were severely understaffed, and worse, they weren't afraid to say "no" to some pretty basic requests. It'd be hard to recommend this place.

Arrive Palm Springs is undeniably beautiful. The pool is absolutely stunning and a wonderful place to lounge, and the rooms are very nicely designed with great attention to detail. However, there are some significant drawbacks. The rooms are a little small, and there's no coffee maker in the room—the only option for coffee required us to walk outside onto the street to visit the coffee shop next door, which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the service really let this property down. Check-in at the bar was one of the least welcoming experiences we've had at a hotel—the bartender seemed genuinely annoyed that he had to help us.
