Ardmore Inn & Suites

I booked through booking.com and it said they had a indoor pool. I mentioned something about it at check in the manager said no we don't have a pool in the winter. I said well we need our money back so we can go find one .. (it was my son's 10th birthday and he wanted to swim) . The manager said no we can't give refunds. I contacted booking.com they said since we did not pay through them then they cannot refund our money. It is up to them. We NEVER set foot in either room and I have proof we stayed somewhere else that night.... Shitty management!! If negative stars was an option I would give them negative 5 stars

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and enjoyed the peaceful, friendly atmosphere, clean rooms with daily service available if needed, excellent amenities such as a cozy living and dining area, a full breakfast, and an indoor pool. Beautiful landscaping as well! This place is definitely a safe haven, a home away from home! If you happen to be in or near Ardmore, drop in say hello and enjoy 🥰.

Horrible experience at this place they have one person cleaning rooms, checking in, and Concierge. And sitting in the lobby barefoot with his feet on a table. Disgusting. The breakfast they only had waffles and sausage and nothing else. No yogurt no milk oh yeah, but at least they had coffee. Do not stay here.

Hot tub broke , pool disgusting with handfulls of dead crickets floating and ice cold indoors, and no breakfast. Also booking said I had a free upgrade the only upgrade they offered was a double queen instead... I ordered one bed for a reason that's not an upgrade to offer me two beds instead of one when that's all I needed

Just stayed there this Saturday.. very affordable clean good location friendly staff quiet… highly recommend if your going to Winstar Casino for the weekend
