The place is still trashy and reminds me of a zombie movie. I think my alignment on my car is out because of the horrid pothole driveways. Thank God it was night and most of the kids were home asleep. Just grateful to get out of there before I was carjacked.

The rent is priced very good for the area and if you don't have a trailer or mobile home of your own they have several that are for rent or sale. If you are looking to buy the property owner has several options for financing the purchase of their mobile homes that are available for purchase. The maintenance guys are available 24/7 for your emergency repair needs and they live on-site. The security company is on the ball to keep unwanted criminal activity out of the property and respond quickly when a problem does come up to attempt to get the problem dispersed before the sheriff's department has to be involved.

I.moved there e mos ago i keep pretty much to myself but havent had any problems laundry room inexpensive rent but you get no static repairing some times a little noisy in the evenings sometimes but all in all not bad

That place is a dump, with trash overflowing the dumpsters and potholes bigger than a dart board. If you can ignore the kids asking for cigarettes and booze, you might make it to the back side of the park in which there is no exit. My advice, steer clear of that place. Unless of course, you already have a criminal record.
