I guess you get what you pay for. We had a nice bed(soft) but that was all we got. We had to call the office and ask for pillows, There was only one small towel in our room so we had to request MORE TOWELS. There was one tiny garbage can so we had to use all of our grocery bags for trash and the TV in our room DID NOT WORK. We watch the news each day and watching a good movie is usually apart of our trips. I called for help but everyone had gone home (they should be available 24 hours). Yes the price was low but next time I will go to a BEST WESTERN for sure!

All of the extended stay motels are going to be overpriced and not in the best shape. Weekly room checks suck. Loud drunk neighbors fighting. But my family was always treated well. Far superior to the extended stay motels in the area operated by a different family, who have to have family and staff write positive reviews. New leaf is far more ethical.

If you need a place with water and a roof over your head this is a ok place. There is definitely better places. The management are very disrespectful and think they can talk however they want. The bathrooms have 0 air floor so everything gets very moist even the walls. You can hear the whole conversation through the walls. There is definitely better, the worst motel I’ve stayed at!

1) Sink was clogged to the point of being almost unusable; 2) Water leaked from the bathroom above me; 3) Loud and obnoxious people hanging around; 4) Difficult to get service at times; 5) NOT ONE towel was included; 6) Some unpleasant/rude staff. The weekly rate at a well-known chain hotel across town is only $2.50 more per night - and you get a better location, complimentary coffee, multiple towels, etc. I recommend springing for that extra $2.50 and getting roughly twice the value.

My room was spotless and extremely clean! The staff is beyond amazing and helpful with my 74 year old mama! Quieter than most extended stay motels. I noticed that the in and out traffic is not bad at all? Overall I have had a great time here and would most definitely recommend this motel again
