They will change your property lines without making you resign a lease (illegal in Arizona) they will take your promised parking with out making you resign a lease (illegal in Arizona) they will cram your trailer in between other trailers with only 3 feet of clearance on each side ( the state of Arizona requires at least 10 ft at least on either side per fire code. So also illegal in Arizona) and they will allow your electricity to go out and do nothing about it for more than 3 years. All in all the worst rv park I’ve ever been to

I found Ben, the manager, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, communicative and personable. The residents speak well of him. He is quick to respond to requests and solve problems in a timely manner. Ben was the only manager of the eight RV parks in Lakeside-Pinetop and Show Low to return my call. It is obvious that owner and manager are making great strides in park improvements. The shower and laundry facilities are modern and clean. I arrived early evening and was told by Ben that I could hookup after hours. I had a large site without having another rig outside my door. Ben came to my site to make sure all was well. The rates are very reasonable. The people friendly, and the park is quiet. I would stay at the park again anytime.

Never again! The hidden charges demanded at check-in were suspicious. The unventilated shower rooms were filled with the smell of mold. Residents tell us the website described ‘Amenities’ are not even in the Plans.

Close to Safeway, Moose Henry’s, Charley Clark’s. Cheap rates. New owners have done a lot better with cleaning up the place.

Nice shady rv spot at a great price. Office manager Ben is very helpful and the residents are all friendly here. Will be back next year
