We stayed about 9 months ago and as I again reserve a room at Anne Hathaway's for the third time, I realize I never reviewed our last stay. We had a wonderful time--we were in the Iris and Jasmine rooms. They each were delightful and quiet; Iris had the bedroom separate from the sitting room/kitchen while the Jasmine was sunny with a kitchenette. Both were across the street from the more traditional B&B. They both had access to a little bungalow which had brewed coffee, fabulous scones, and cookies. Most mornings we had breakfast in the B&B (an extra charge-well worth it) and enjoyed the company of the B&B owners, Deedie and David Runkel. It was an easy walk into town. We arrived on Monday, left on Friday, and never moved our car from its parking spot. The management helped obtain

I would agree with others that it is conveniently located but that's about it. They need to change their name since they no longer serve breakfast. B&B misleading. I can understand it is a challenge but the name should definitely be changed. Also, a health and safety issue needs to be addressed. If a room is only going to have a "shower" then hand rails should be installed, a rubber mat isn't entirely in compliance. Questioned when was the last time the shams and coverlet had been washed. Seemed a bit dingy. Lastly, the rooms are Small. At least the ones upstairs in the Main house. Did appreciate that there was a mini refrigerator.

We chose Mother Mary's Room which was off the sitting room area. Our room was cozy and evoked Grandma's house as a child. Antique Pennsylvania Dutch painted pine furniture makes this our premiere room. Built in the 1850s, each piece is painted with soft roses and greens on an ivory background, a pleasing palette for our most discriminating guests. Currier and Ives prints. We arrived mid afternoon for Wine and Cheese which we enjoyed in the back garden area. They also offer a late night snack and Sherry for the after theatre group. Our breakfast was home cooked and memorable. We would definitely return again during the Shakespeare Festival.

We stayed in the Jasmine Room which, though it is well furnished was not well maintained. Three was a faucet leaking a constant stream of water which we could not turn off. We reported it when we arrived but it was never fixed in the 3 days we were there. The jacuzzi pump did not work. The person in the office was less than hospitable as we were not greeted when we arrived at 3:30 pm, nor when I spoke to her about our room difficulties when we departed. Our room was only entered once to pull up the bed and coffee, the only amenity offered, was not replenished. This Bed and Breakfast no longer offers breakfast or any other nicety such as cookies and drinks after the play. We had stayed at this B and B prior and our stay had been positive. We have learned this B and B is for sale and, sadly

We needed a complete house to host a small family reunion for three days and the Anne Hathaway's B&B provided each of our seven family members with a separate bedroom and bath. Rather than describe the house (refer to pictures) I would like to comment on the location and the reservation/mgmt system. The house one block off the main street on the south end of town across from the only market in downtown (Safeway). Parking is off street with the complete town to include the Festival venues, Lithia Park and Old Town all within a six block walk. An "ideal" location! As for the reservation system, the house was managed by bookAirhop, an Oregon based service who stayed in touch with us as we approached arrival and during our stay at the property. They were able to answer direct questions
