This is a lovely new hotel that’s still getting its footing. The rooms and pool and beach are gorgeous. The cocktails are fantastic. The folks who work here are smart and kind, from Delvis at the front desk to Camila at the pool. AND they need more help at places like the front desk and at the hotel bar and coffee shop. The wait is long at times, and the pricing is also off in weird places. Room service is delicious and the same price as the $75 you’d pay a few plastic cups of oatmeal, a fruit salad, and two small coffees from the lobby. A vat of coffee for free in the lobby would free up a bunch of people and delight the guests. Or donate the proceeds from coffee to Jose Andres’ charity. It would help if Jose Andres actually spent a week here when the major restaurant opens to get the fo

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Andaz Miami Beach, especially the calm, modern vibe and the quality of the rooms. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and I appreciated the upgrade to a King Balcony.||That said, the balcony upgrade faced the neighboring hotel’s service and engineering area, so it’s not something I would have chosen to pay extra for. The patio layout could also be improved to better enjoy the outdoor space and weather.||The beach setup and location were nice, but beach service was inconsistent. I was on the beach for about two hours without receiving service. In contrast, pool service was attentive and enjoyable.||The standout part of the stay was the staff at Aguasal and Bar Centro. We stayed here for four nights and wish we stayed elsewhere. Pros - Convenient beach access - Rooms were stylish and we had good experiences with housekeeping Cons - Service was sub par for a five star hotel. The front desk and breakfast at the hotel at aguasal in particular. Upon checkin the front desk was ill informed of the pool/beach closure for the event and told us the beach was open to the public. Turns out only one of the pools was closed, but a shocking first encounter for a reported five star hotel. At breakfast we were forgotten by a server on multiple occasions and waited 30 minutes to get our coffee. The hostess also struggled with crowd control and there is often a line for breakfast. - pools were extremely overcrowded, they shouldn’t be closing one of the pools for an even

I loved being here! Me and my friends traded Mexico for here. The staff was like family. I never been to such a friendly place and also being so clean. This resort was everything I would have hoped for. The walk to the beach was so easy, plus the service out there was just as amazing. The bartender outside Rosie, was so kind. She was extremely professional but also was an amazing vibe when me and my friends wanted to cut up and be silly. Eric (hopefully I’m spelling his name correctly) helped with our friends luggage and helped guide me to our friends room. He was so hilarious and had a warm smile. Passing by saying hi to him with me and my friends almost became a game since the staff was so welcoming and fun. We have officially said we have to come here every year 🙌🙌. Thank yall!!!! 🤠
