Anaheim Resort Suites

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, but a couple of people really stood out. Amanda at the front desk was always happy, welcoming, and a pleasure to talk to. Brandon at the bar is a fantastic bartender—very attentive to his customers and great to chat with. The hotel is in a great location, close to Starbucks, Jersey Mike's Subs, and The Habit Burger Grill (which has great burgers). It’s also only about a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. Our family walked there easily in the morning, but at the end of the day it was nice to have the ART available. We really enjoyed the pool and the nightly movies. The hot tub was a little chilly at first, but when we asked if the heat could be turned up, the staff were happy to accommodate. Overall, we had a great experience and

As a family that comes to Disney yearly, and sells Disney I book clients into this hotel all the time but hadn't stayed with my own family so it was time!|To start off check in with Amanda was wonderful she's friendly and check in was a breeze.|Our family room was wonderful and spacious for our large family, they sent a baby crib up immediately and the crib was not just a thin hard mattress it was comfortable and soft and our one year old slept great on it|The onlt negative of our room was the door between the toilet room and shower room. It was always sticking so half way closed you have to really pull it this resulted then in broken nails squished fingers and bent rings and a few kid tears who jammed their fingers. Food from the hotel restaurant was gross. There were no plates, bowls, silverware in the room with a kitchenette.  The Keurig didnt work on our second day. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles were broken.  Parking was over-priced.  Cable tv only.The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The slides by the pool were fun for my daughter.

Our first 2 days and nights were great! But when we returned from Disneyland on March 26th tired after a long day we discovered that we had no water!! The toilet tank had enough for 1 flush and then didn’t refill. We checked the sink and tub and discovered no water there either! We came in right past the desk clerks and not a word was said. The entire hotel was without water!!! My husband went back down to ask what was going on and then learned that a water line was broken. Why would they let guests walk in and not notify them of this problem? We were told the water would be restored by 4:00am so we made do and went to bed. We woke up to no water in the morning. I would not go back to this hotel. First the receptionist was not very pleasant. It seemed like she didn't want to be there. The room was decent. A few things with the room where there was no dresser for us to put our clothes in. Being a family of 5 we would have liked to have our clothes organized and put away instead of having to live out of a Suitcase for 5 days. Another thing was the shower didn't get hot. Breakfast was ok, it was your typical buffet nothing to special about it, but it got the job done. Pool area is nice, kids had fun. Restaurants in the area was ok. The worst part of our stay was the water got shut off due to a repair. We kept being told that the water would back on at certain times but kept getting pushed back for the whole day plus the next morning to the point we h
