I'm going to start out with bad stuff, the lobby can get so loud it's damaging to hearing. And no cameras or hotel security if you're a women alone if not risk it. Front doors are unlocked 24/7 and elevators have no room key needed. The room had the air smelling like some sort of mold and we were really stuffed up so I should have slept with the sliding glass door open. My blanket smelled like dirty armpit. That was about it as far as negative stuff. Good stuff is location is killer even though the elevators are really confusing. And I had 10 pillows between two people so we had an awesome pillow fight and the view was stunning. The gym is so so and the pool is all right but it's right next to really noisy restaurant. I did notice that the grow their own microgreens which is pretty fun. I

I was disappointed with the front desk experience during my stay. The interaction felt impersonal and lacking basic courtesy. Instead of demonstrating hospitality or a willingness to help, the staff appeared focused solely on policies and procedures, with little effort to understand or address concerns. While I understand that hotels must follow guidelines, customer service should still reflect care, flexibility, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The location is convenient, but the level of service at the front desk significantly impacted the overall stay.

Absolutely had the best time from arrival at valet and bell hop. The Consierge Level is the only way to go!! We enjoyed the staff and all the amenities this resort offers. As a family who adores travel but all suffer form disabilities. We can't enough positives about their disability assistance and room with for wheelchair and walk in showers!! Upon availability!!

Our room was a lovely corner room... That could be seen directly into by scores of other rooms. The sheer curtains were so sheer that you could see clearly through them and into another room which also had their sheer curtains drawn. More standard sheer curtains that ensure basic privacy while also allowing light in would have prevented us from having to keep the blackout curtains drawn the entire trip. There were zero drawers and only a tiny closet, so we had to live out of our suitcases. If I'm staying anywhere more than one night, I always unpack my entire suitcase, so this was a big drawback for me. There weren't even any foldable luggage racks in the room to elevate your suitcases off the floor. (We were able to request them from the front desk so we didn't have to live out of our su
