AmeriVu Inn and Suites -Helen

If I could give negative stars I would. This place was terrible. We stay last December 2025. The sheets were dirty. The toilet seat not attached and it moved . The microwave was broken . Lights out. Tv had a line in the middle. Beds are horrible. Trash everywhere the don’t pick it up daily seems like it . The only good thing about this hotel is the sweet lady at the front desk Ruth . See attached pictures. For the management: No ! You don’t appreciate my detailed feedback and definitely don’t regret to hear about my less than satisfactory experience. No ! My comments are not valuable for your continuous improvement. I’m not contacting management directly . Do better !!!

The room was acceptable with newer carpet and fixtures, but given price would expect cleaner bathroom. There was toothpaste residue left on faucet handles and mold around bathtub. Dirty stains in the bottom of tub. Sheets and towels were cheap and rough. Bed was hard but clean.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people deserve to know what they’re walking into. This hotel was extremely disappointing. Our room was dirty, the bathroom was horrid, and there was a terrible smell that lingered throughout the entire space. Who wants to take a shower after a long day out, only to feel even more gross afterward? For the price we paid, this place is absolutely not worth it. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The entire property reeked of cigarettes, and cigarette butts were scattered literally everywhere. Positive: "" Negative: Rooms were filthy loads of dust in the corners carpet coming apart fans in the bathrooms covered in dust and they never added anymore soap when the supposedly cleaned the rooms just a real dirty environment

This was one of the only places I've stayed that I feel conflicted on reviewing. There were positives and negatives that for us balanced out kind of evenly. So I'm just going to be very thorough in case it helps others make a decision. Positives: -Location relativity to town is fabulous -Staff was literally ALWAYS smiling and friendly and willing to help in any way -Family owned and operated -HUGE bathtub within the room -More hot water than any hotel I've ever been to which was amazing so we could actually ENJOY the huge bathtub. We never ran out of hot water. -after hours staff if anything were to go wrong -AC control over your own room, and it blows cold for sure. -Lots of on site parking -The restaurant right across the street was outstanding and such an easy walk to and from Negativ
