Vintage motel in severe need of upgrades/renovations to rooms. Room stunk of mold/cleaner trying to cover the smell when I first entered. This did quickly dissipate after the heater was turned on. HVAC unit in need of repair. No way of setting for continuous fan (function present, but switch failed), making fan noise then quiet cycles. Pool nice. Clean and seemed upgraded compared to the failing rooms. We were with about 20 other rooms. Kids really enjoyed the amenities which is the only reason I would return until a remodel takes place. Traditional self-serve breakfast fair. Disappointed that when I got out to it the one day that with a couple minutes left some had been taken down… 10am doesn’t mean 9:57 we start shrinking the available options by removing milk etc..

This is my favorite hotel in Fargo. The owners and staff are so professional, kind and helpful. The hotel has made so many improvements and continues to do so. Each time I come they have a new feature or an added touch. The staff is very customer focused. The hotel is nestled with other hotels in a nice residential neighborhood that is nice for walking. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping and it is right off the Interstate.

The staff was polite and exceptionally kind. Our needs for a room for the evening were well met with a clean room, beds, and restroom. In our short stay we made a trip to the pool which was enjoyable and seemed well kept. We would stay here again.

The staff was not welcoming at all. Felt like we were bothering them by checking in. No one asked about me being a Rewards member so I doubt if I got my points. Had to put down a $100 cash incidetials fee, as we didn't dare wait for it to be refunded on our card after reading reviews. When we checked out we had to wait for them to do an inspection before they would give us our money back. Totally degrading and took us an additional 45 mins to check out. Tvs do NOT work. They are old and the channels kept freezing There were kids screaming in the breakfast area and the hallways. Awful! Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was good and the location was good. But for the price and the staff being less than kind, we will not return.
