2/3/26 room 233. I went to take a shower and there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room at all. There was also a used washcloth in the shower. Gross!!! When I told the front desk they just said ok, I’ll let them know. A partial refund for this would have been nice for the expensive price we paid and I couldn’t take a shower. I expect more. They also need to update to bigger smart TVs. I couldn’t see it from the bed and cable TV is horrible. The channel selection was confusing. Retype your channel list, just writing instructions in ink seems lazy. An option to use Netflix or other streaming service would be nice.

Positive: The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, with lots of lighting and a large closet. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub in the room was great. Everything worked well and had clear printed instructions in the room to operate the TV and the spa. Negative: There was not enough hot water to shower on my second morning but the hotel was booked at capacity. Hot breakfast was just average.

We’ve stayed here twice. Once when it was busy and once when it was almost empty. The customer service was exceptional both times. Once we brought our dog and they were very accommodating. We were stuck there for Thanksgiving because we lost power and they were so wonderful to make us feel cozy and at home. I really can’t say enough about the staff! Thanks for running such an excellent hotel. Clean, Cozy, Accommodating!

A nice hotel within walking distance of the hockey rink and downtown. While we were in town, the hotel was bustling with youth hockey families and snowmobilers - all around great atmosphere. Room was very nice and clean. Will stay again when we travel to Calumet.

Great place to stay for trip to Mount Bohemia, about 40 minutes away. Room was clean, hot tub, pool, and sauna was great. Right next to grocery store and pizza shop only added to the good location. Exactly what you would expect for remote/northern hotel and served it's purpose we'll.
