Agassiz House Inn

Such a fantastic experience in a great historical location. My stay at the Agassiz House Inn was definitely 5 stars. There is plenty of parking, plenty of common area to visit with guests and friends and a large community kitchen. I stayed with a large group of college friends and we were all impressed by the extensive renovations that the owners have done to the historic home. Our accommodations were clean, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were fresh. The owners were readily available for questions and recommendations. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, including beautiful drives, hiking, water sports, tours, historical sites and museums, shopping and yummy regional food. I came to the beautiful Agassiz House in July for a college reunion with amazing women. This house has such beauty in every room, on every floor, and with each new memory we created together. The rooms are uniquely designed, the kitchen provides delicious opportunities to make meals together, and shopping is within walking distance. I highly recommend a visit to the Agassiz House. We loved every minute of our time together and will definitely visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this historic house which has been beautifully renovated. The bed and pillows were wonderful! It is so close to town. I enjoyed walking into town getting ice cream, souvenirs, and touring museums. I will definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this house to stay.

A Beautiful Historic home that has been thoroughly renovated! The Agassiz House Inn is located in close proximity to the town of Calumet and offers all the comforts home. Love this town and the welcoming atmosphere of the community!!
