Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Macon at Eisenhower Pkwy

WARNING, WARNING ⚠️ 😳 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS NASTY, ROACH INFESTED, MONEY HUNGRY-HAVE DUMB RULES SO THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY PLACE!! I dont have time to go into details because they have already wasted enough of my time & money. Find u a room to rent with a shared place if ur tight on money right now. ANYTHING WILL B BETTER THAN THIS! I got time today. I started this post but didn't have time to finish. The owner got my cause Im telling the truth. Reviews are supposed to help you improve. If a customer point something out to you, you should try to correct it but he dont cause he dont care. If I reviewed on my job, why would I get mad? I can't, I just need to do what I need to do to get better. The owner dont care that I washed my top cover & it looked like it had been in dirt.

The office staff were very helpful and polite. They made sure to be of great assistance with whatever I needed. The location is phenomenal. Shopping near by, eating right across the street and near by. I had no issues with other guests or disturbances. I would highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn to anyone.

Positive: This is this hotel is so gross. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay in it. We did not stay in the room we left. I think I should get my money back. You need to not have this hotel on your list. It’s disgusting. Negative: The Rams have no bedspreads they’re disgusting they stink. I did not stay at the hotel. I left and went and found another one.

I would of liked to give 0 start for everything besides the service , this is the worst absolutely most nasty hotel I have ever been too , I didn’t want my kids to walk on the floor there was blood stains on the wash cloths CODE enforcement should get involved I couldn’t let my kids sleep here. Nor would I sleep here, please don’t waste your time pay the extra $$ and go elsewhere. This places should be condemned .

Come one come all. My friends and I were in town for a wedding, an we needed a room last minute. They came thru for us with no issues. We were able to get three rooms, side by side. All rooms clean and at a Great price. The staff was great even with it being late at night. And the morning checkout was simple and easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
