Normally didn't have any issues until recently the door knob was taken off to the restroom n than just placed back on top of the screws as well as the knob to the shower. The water in shower was barely getting warm after trying for about 2 hrs finally called front desk n lady said that was weird working fine never had an issue called again she said she'd come up n check ! Asked about refund policy she said because we checked in the day before we were exempt. I explained no ma'am we checked out n than returned n had only been their no more than 2 hrs she said still not eligible for refund because we had been there longer than 15 or 20 min if mention before that time we would been able to get refunded. Finally she came up 1 n a half hrs later supposedly fixed it witch it did get alot warmer

Rooms are horrible, I slept on the bed, not in it. No towels, although I did get towels just before checkout. No coffee in room and no access to lobby. Shower tub is pictured.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It is HORRIBLE! This is the most disgusting and nasty excuse for a motel. It was beyond filthy and not fit for anyone. We paid $210 (on a Saturday night) to stay in a room that was dirty and down right deplorable. The floors had not been vacuumed in no telling how long and the bathroom door looked like someone had punched both sides of it. The dust was an inch thick on all the furniture and the coffee pot did not even have the flap on it that goes to the reservoir (looked like it had been broken off). The coffee pot was clearly a health hazard to use. Also there was only 1 large bathroom towel that felt like it had not been properly washed. Bed was comfy and the room was clean but it’s obvious that there have been some unskilled repairs. It was very slow, only a handful of cars in the parking lot. We planned on breakfast at the hotel but when we went around 8 the room was locked and dark so we found our breakfast elsewhere.

At least, I should get my money back. I paid $144 per night. The room was super dirty. No toilet paper and all the room was dirty. Please please don’t waste your money by staying here.
