We give five stars to a hotel thst deserve it. We were at Lubbock TX for business and made a reservation. Since the very beginning DJ give us a five stars welcoming. The room was better than some other hotels in Vegas; neat clean, with all the supplies you need good tv and cable. The ample parking and the wonderful breakfast, that fresh waffle was unforgettable. Recomendaciones? No doubt Highly recommend for family it's totally safe, perfect location, no noise VIP service.

It's kind of on the way out of town. It took me a couple loop a rounds after getting off the highway to get there. That may have just been my GPS. There's not much around the area. The motel was okay. Not too sure about the customer service because my brother dealt with that. The hotel keys were hard to use. My bro had to get new ones made. The room wasn't too bad. It just looked like the floor hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom was fine. It was clean. The shower worked well. The beds were kind of noisy when you got on and off them. It could definitely scare a person. Lol but they were comfortable. It's fine for cheap place for a short stay.

We have stayed at other America’s Best Value motels and found them surprisingly pleasant. Not so here! We were initially impressed since the fittings in the room seemed nice. A walk around the property wasn’t so pleasant. There is whats left of what used to be a spacious pool. It’s just a deteriorated shell now full of wind-blown debris. The walkways and parking lot are very deteriorated, although trash-free. We were awakened in the middle of the night by our car alarm which alerted us to someone tampering with it. The bed was okay and could have provided a decent night’s sleep if wasn’t for scumbags lurking around the property. The promised breakfast was pathetic. Brown water presented as coffee and some twinkies was what was put out for “breakfast “. We won’t ever stay at this place agai

Its the best. I love it all around. Perfect place to relax in safety and peace. Your vehicle is right by your room so no up and down which can be especially crappy when the elevators don't work! Just worth it staying here I can't list all the things we consider when choosing where to stay but I can say that here must of those are met above expectation. The property is always up kept and clean of all litter. You'll enjoy the stay for sure.
