Americas Best Value Inn Los Banos

Room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The room had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. They were quick to assist with any requests and made us feel very welcome.

Positive: Last minute stop. Price was excellent and they took our cat as well. Room needed some fixing such as floor very dirty and in need of repair where tub and floor met. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Booking online at last minute also went smoothly. Negative: See above.

This is a very cute little motel in a quiet town off of the 5. We decided to come into town about 5 miles off of the highway since we wanted some decent food instead of highway gas stations. This motel was very reasonably priced and surprisingly clean. The family there was very nice and helpful.

No bar soap. The very old mattress had a big hole. The comforter was full of cigarette burns, even though I asked for a non-smoking room. The guys next to me were too loud; I can't understand how the management allows sound systems inside the rooms. The music was so loud that even the lamp above the refrigerator was vibrating. Next time, I’d rather pay a few more dollars for a better place.

Loved it.. Clean pretty rooms. Decent price. Breakfast is BOMB I. The am. Yummy. I loved the pool. Rooms were decorated in beautiful attractive colors n furnishings.. Best stay EVER
