Americas Best Value Inn Franklin

This place is quaint but clean. Meets all needs and is a great price. Staff is friendly. For what it lacks in breakfast it makes up for in value. There is a great place right up the road for breakfast called The Kountry Kitchen and I 10/10 recommend!! I have stayed here 3 times and I absolutely love it! Great WiFi and tv!!

Broke down on the side of the road 20 mins from my house, waiting on part for my truck. Tried to explain, but the front desk insisted on charging close to $200 for the night. See their pictures, you be the judge.

Positive: The friendliness of staff and the location Negative: The shower floor needs some grippies. It was a little slippery

When we checked in the hotel Clark switched my reserved king bed non-smoking room to a two-bed queen without asking me or informing me of the change some of the amenities listed in the website or not available or incorrectly stated otherwise it was a recently good place to stay and the price was was reasonable. The location was convenient to most places we were visiting this trip

My husband and I go to Franklin a lot and we stay there when we go! But this last time it was a disaster....we stayed 3 nites.. the beds were never made or changed ..no soap at all and the room was so dirty and there were Bedbugs every where! We will never go back there and stay!! When we checked out I told the manager and he was like yeah ok we have had them...I was so upset and walked out!! We was so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️
