Americas Best Value Inn Fargo

I was visiting some friends and they got an argument so I decided to get a motel because I didn't get much sleep and they were very kind and courteous and the place is real quiet and clean I have no complaints as a matter of fact I served in the military for 13 years and I've been all over the world and I'm going to tell you , for the price this hotel is definitely worth the price it's a bargain. It is rare , especially these days to find good reputable service and this hotel by far exceeded my expectations. AAA

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Holes in the walls, fridge freezer caked in ice, room phone cord cut, door missing half of the safety lock, rendering it unusable. No fire exit plan or "do not disturb" sign. Switches, furniture, micro all dirty. Towels musty & discolored.Breakfast poor.

Well ONLY after I made a review did my deposit get taken. After it was refunded, After I put in my review the room I was in had pets in it before I asked that I have a room that’s never had pets due to allergies. It was freezing breath could be seen in my room took HOURSSSSS to warm up, my sheets and covers were dirty. Now RETURN my deposit because I did absolutely nothing in that room beside rest for about 5hrs 3 of those being awake because I was to damn cold. MY NEXT 2 STEPS will be to MAKE YOU VIRAL for all the wrong reasons, an contact my lawyer give me my funds back. An I will be filing a report because YOU STOLE IT once you returned it.

This hotel needs to either go out of business or be sued for how they are running things. I reserved a non smoking room that was supposedly not available when I got there. So they decided to give me another room (for $2 more of the price). I agree because I thought maybe the room will be better and much cleaner. I got put in a room 112. The room was smelling like someone has just smoked in it. The lights didn’t work. The Fan in the bathroom didn’t work. And there was a hole in the ceiling. I ask for a refund and I was told it wasn’t possible. So I took the room anyways. After spending 2 nights there. I got charged for 4 nights. When I call their manager to report the mistake they made, I couldn’t get anyone to answer. Bottom Line Here Is If Yo

One star allows a comment, so disregard. Remember, folks. If the breakfast is "free," then why do we pay extra for it when booking? Also, what exactly is YOUR definition of breakfast? No eggs, no meat, breakfast? Or, a kid home alone and hungry? The laundry is a legend, it doesn't exist ... for the customer. For the management and staff, there's a room with a sign on it saying, "out of order" that they all wash their clothes in. 😉
