Of course you always expect a lot from Aman, especially Aman NY. But Grace at the front desk makes the whole experience feel like a bargain. I would say it is worth every penny and more. She is so kind, patient and professional. Every top hotel has great hardware. I feel the “soft” part of Aman NY is second-to-none especially due to Grace’s attention to details and ability to anticipate our needs.

Aman New York redefines luxury hospitality in every possible way. The suites are exceptionally spacious, impeccably designed, and exude Aman’s signature minimalist elegance. Service is nothing short of extraordinary discreet, intuitive, and genuinely warm!|The spa is a destination in itself, one of the most impressive urban wellness spaces in the world. I visited a friend staying at the Aman in NYC and honestly expected a much better experience for such a high-end place. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, and the staff seemed more interested in appearances than actual hospitality. Everything looks impressive at first, but once you’re there, it just doesn’t live up to the luxury image they advertise. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Total letdown — more “Ameh” than Aman.
