Alpine Village

Very rustic original charm for a log cabin. This would be my 3rd time staying here. The owner is great, accommodating and funny. You can tell he loves what he does. The price has always been competitive with the surrounding hotel's. About a mile from the strip. I will always book with them when I'm vacationing there unless they're fully booked.

If I could give this "resort " less than terrible I absolutely would. It is without a doubt the worst place I have ever had the displeasure to stay at. Our week long stay lasted exactly one day and we were charged for a two day stay because "the housekeeper isn't here to clean the room so it can't be rented." When we walked in we were greeted by bug stained kitchen curtains and a leaking sink that had trash bags laid underneath to catch the water. It looked like it had been leaking for quite some time. The dish drainer was caked with mold underneath. The cabin was dark, outdated, and dangerous. The lamp cord had been spliced with another type of wire and then taped together. Cabin rooms. Seasonally open for some really good breakfast dishes with a nice view of the lake.

Best stay with incredible views of lake. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. Loved the stay and would recommend it for sure.

Resort location is on the lake side. Rooms are around $115 but it is quite old. But it is worth the price. You will get a private lake beach in the resort. They have free Kayaks, peddle boat, motor boats for your use with $20 refundable deposit. During my stay there were very few people and we were around 15 people stayed in different rooms and we felt like we had a private resort only for us. It was a wonderful stay and will visit again.
