Dirty, filthy unit with ages old carpet, old TV set, VCR (!), old beds and rough towels. Pool with holes in bathroom walls, wobbly furniture and dirty windows. Staff (Katie), a wannabe security guard is a typical hillbilly type, no class, she "is just doing her job". ||Avoid that place and don't be fooled by the pictures. Place needs to be condemned and shut down just for the drive up to the units. The road to the units is at 45-degree angle with washed out shoulder.

It’s clean yet worn, a bit shabby and out-dated. Clean rooms are what I care most about and when traveling on a budget with kids. I brought along food/snacks, board games, a pretty tablecloth, swim towels, nice oversized bath towels and pillows (that’s where I am in life) to ensure a good experience. We would stay here again in D202. The floors are really squeaky but I loved having coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the trees, river and hints of Helen. The location is perfect. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool clean and spacious.

No pool, thin walls, tons of steps, small parking spot for one car each. The loft we stayed in obviously had been flooded by the tub. Lots of towels, only changed on Mondays through self service. In need of updating. No bed bugs! Thin twin mattresses in the bedroom. If you go, make sure to study that map! One way in and out. On call staff was helpful when called. Soap samples are in room, along with dish detergent and complimentary one wash for laundry. WiFi works well. Free tv channels. Phone book and land line available. All pots pans dishes supplied.

While the host is incredibly nice, the rooms are less than clean. You can’t check in until 4 pm due to “cleaning”. Yet there were bugs everywhere, dirty dishes, and don’t turn on the jets in the tub! The staff rarely answers the phone. They’ll tell you the pool is closed due to it being filled with water; yet you walk over and look in and it’s completely filled. There’s nothing for children to do. And they make you basically clean the entire place before you leave at 10 am. Not sure what they are actually cleaning that whole time.

Check your rooms for bed bugs. We had to move to a different room. Staff was super friendly and helpful though. The entire "resort" feels pretty run down. The spa wasn't heated, the water in the indoor pool felt grimey, the sauna felt like a tiny closet, and the outdoor pool/slides look like they haven't been used in years. The rooms aren't insulated very well. We could smell when other rooms around us were cooking or "partaking" Convenient path to walk to town that comes out behind Paul's Margarita Deck.
