The experience was great! We spent 4 nights at the hotel for Coachella. The room was very clean, the bed linen too! Mona was very friendly and helpful! The room was better than the one in the pictures.

Positive: there was nothing I liked about this hotel - it needs to be completely remodeled or torn down. Negative: There was no staff onsite ever, the furniture in the room needs to be thrown away, the AC unit was defective some of the cabinet doors were painted shut. worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I chose this hotel on a recommendation from the infamous Charles Phoenix and it did not disappoint. It was a great value compared to the other high price properties in the area. This hotel is in a very good Palm Springs central location. The room was clean and comfortable. My room was a cute mod pink motif! It had a working air conditioner, little refrigerator, flat screen TV with over 300 channels, and every comfort item I could want. Great swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs too. Mona was very hospitable and went above and beyond to insure my stay was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!

The highlight of the hotel is the service. It's run by its owners and it shows. Owner was super responsive and catered for our every need. The place is not fancy but the room was big and comfortable, bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It has a nice pool we did not get to use, but it looks great and seems well kept. Overall great value
