If I could give less than one star I would. Walked into the property and nobody was in site that worked there. Did see lots of people sitting around in the lobby. Finally a front desk person came out and said it could be 30 min to hours before a room would be available. It was 9 pm when I walked up to the desk. So I asked what’s going on and she said multiple workers walked out on them and they only had two people cleaning rooms and one was the general manager. I said do you have a bartender or anything? She said no they quit also and I asked for a refund or to speak to the general manager. The general manager came out in what I would say looked like pajamas. Disappointing. |Gosh this Aloft is having trouble. It has seen better days. We stayed 2 nights. The room we got was really in poor repair. Patch paint work on the walls that weren’t the right color. Neglected walls, floors, doors, Just old and in need of proper repair looked like rotting sealing in shower. There were several hairs on our sheets, not sure if they were clean. The same poor lady seemed to be working every shift, maybe she was catching naps sometime? She was doing her best for sure. They had 5 gallon buckets in the main area for leaks from ceiling ( it was not rainy). They were out of most the breakfast items / market/ snack drink items. For around $6 you could choose a waffle or a burrito that she literally told us she will warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds, it just see

It was small but it was ok. The shower leaked on the floor and there was a Crack in the mirror on the bathroom door. No iron or dryer in the room but the staff promptly brought a blow dryer and extra towels for the water on the bathroom floor. Staff was very nice!

STAY AWAY FROM HERE if you want to keep your money. A friend booked this hotel for me, so I didn’t check the reviews beforehand. After my stay, I discovered an unexpected charge on my account—and only then did I see all the bad reviews I wish I’d known about earlier. My stay had a few positives, but several issues overshadowed them. The beds were comfortable, but the phones in the room weren’t connected or didn’t even have a cord to plug into the wall, which was very strange. I was charged the standard $50 incidental fee, but two days later an additional $66.52 appeared on my account. When I asked the front desk about it, they had no idea where the charge came from. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. The front desk staff looked overwhelmed and confused, check-in took way longer than it should have, and no one seemed to know what was going on. The room itself was unacceptable. It was not properly cleaned, basic amenities were missing, and when I contacted the front desk for help, nothing was resolved. I had to ask multiple times for simple things and still never received them. What stood out the most was the lack of care. Staff clearly seemed overworked and frustrated, which made the entire place feel chaotic and uncomfortable. This is not what you expect when paying to stay at a hotel. I would not recommen
