Overall, the hotel is generally acceptable. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the location is excellent and very convenient. However, the hotel could really benefit from a thorough deep clean and some general touch-ups. The property feels worn in places, and updates would make a noticeable difference. A quick wipe of a small section of the bathroom floor revealed just how dirty my room was, and it was clear that other areas could also stand proper cleaning. During my 4-night stay, the room was never fully cleaned; only the towels were refreshed. While I understand that some hotels have adjusted housekeeping policies, a proper cleaning at least once during a multi-night stay would have been appreciated. My company puts us in this hotel . At first it seemed cute and newish. But obviously it was built quickly and cheaply, as it's going downhill fast. I gave two stars because the people that work there are nice but other than that, it would have been one star. Here's a list of broken things I've encountered. Broken deadbolt on door. No water in the sink. Broken shades. The fridge was broken. All the work out machines are broken. All the work out machines are broken. It's ridiculous. Stay somewhere else.

I was nervous about the very mixed reviews for this property, but was delighted to have nothing but a positive experience! I'm also a little skeptical if something sounds like a bot wrote it. I hope others find this helpful! Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I got an awesome night's sleep!! Somwhow the room even stayed the perfect temp all night! I travel a lot and hate how some rooms get hot in the night no matter what you put the thermostat on. The property is very conveniently located, close to great shopping, very clean, and in great shape. Never disappoints, this hotel is modern, sleek, peaceful, quiet and the staff are willing to help you whenever you need. The beds are super soft and I love that you're able to go to YouTube or another app and sign in as you. Makes the place very homey! Will be staying again!

I went to Lubbock for 2 days and stayed at this hotel for 1 instead of 2. When you first walk in, you get greeted with the bar. I'm not against having a good time, but after driving 6hrs, I was in no mood having a man follow me over to check out, outside when I got my bags and back in to ask me to join him for a drink. The lady that checked me in was sweet and helpful. The rooms are not very clean. The mirror had toothpaste on it, wall plate for the outlet in the bathroom did not look safe to use, stains on the hardwood floor, carpets were stained and the first bed I chose had crumbs in it. The picture of my socks were from walking in the room for about a 1/2hr. When I checked out the next day, the guy was nice, but I had to wake him up twice. (He was not at the checkout stand, h
