Customer Reviews
This Aloft location is okay. It is very beautiful outside and in the lobby, and the rooms are nice but I personally think they should update them. They are not exactly the same as the photos, as if the pictures are just old. We didn't like the placement of the AC (it's under the desk,) or the way there were 2 desks but only one chair. There was also no microwave in the room and breakfast does cost money. It was good though. The store is 24 hours and the bar is open 5pm-midnight (it looked pretty dead though.) Theres a pool and nice seating/smoking area outside as well as a pretty fountain out front. Most of the staff were friendly. we booked with points, so it was alright, but I personally wouldn't pay their high nightly rates. The on site laundry is absurdly priced ($3 to wash, $3.50 to d
This was my first stay w an Aloft and I was very impressed. The lobby and entire Property is new construction and modern design, the lobby is comfortable and meant for lounging. Full bar and restaurant on site and the prices are reasonable. Nice Fitness Center w heavy weights. The outdoor pool area is a standout and looks appealing when the weather cooperates (cold for my trip). The room has streaming TVs, super comfortable bedding, and is new construction. Located next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Will at the Front Desk took care of me during my Stay, he was friendly and helpful, and I had a pleasant and relaxing visit.
Positive: Hotel is conveniently located and has a nice bar in the lobby. Breakfast has many choices at reasonable prices. Negative: The hotel seemed a bit rundown although clean. For instance the doors to the rooms felt a bit like prison doors the paint in the room was not neatly applied and looked sloppy. The tv in the room didn?t connect to any stations.
The welcome was the best part of the stay. The hotel is in somewhat of a convenient place but the rooms could use remodeling and touching-up. The walls are paper thin. I think I could hear people several rooms away. The bathroom and shower had loose tiles, looked unclean, and smelled of old mold.
I’ve stayed at many lofts since summer hit or miss this one is definitely a mess. For starters the shower had no hot water. It was warm at best. I went to the desk two separate times they said they sent maintenance, but I basically couldn’t take a shower because the water wouldn’t get hot second and this is being a little picky but the television is literally a postage stamp and so old it took forever to stream anything you need to update these.
