Aloft Buffalo Downtown

This property is in need of a management overhaul. We just completed a 3 night stay and the service at the property was abhorrent from the front desk right up to housekeeping. The rooms are not clean. You can see they skirt through cleaning but the carpeting is stained and the edges of the floor full of crud. The shower had hairs from the previous guest on the wall like no one took the time to ensure the shower was cleaned. The property is supposed to have daily housekeeping. Our bed was never made while we were there. They came in, replaced towels and left. Not even toilet paper was replenished although we were completely out. We were not the only people at the front desk asking for toilet paper. We also requested tissues at the front desk - never delivered them as promised. In addition t

The hotel had lots of on site restaurant choices well located room was functional bed was comfortable. staff were friendly and helpful.

Beware, if your employer books and pays for your room at this property they may or may not let you put your Bonvoy number down on your room. They refused to list mine and therefore I did not have the opportunity to earn points on purchases, etc. Room was clean, decent location and pillows that probably have not been changed in years.

I liked it alot! The whole style of the hotel on the outside & especially the inside was very stylish in a new modern type of way. I really liked the room's design. Also there were different options of attractive restaurants & bars to go to in the building, which was awesome. I called my friend over to visit & check out the Aloft & she was in love with it too. I'm definitely bringing more of my girls with me next time, this is the place to be at!

The room is huge with almost 360 views!! Big screen TV with Netflix etc. The staff at the front desk are so nice and friendly. Everything is great for our stay.
