I stayed at here over the weekend Saturday to Sunday it was good till around 830 am when I was woken up by house keeping knocking on the door to see if I was checking out then again about 30 minutes they knocked on the door again to ask to turn the heat on and then again around 10 they asked if I was checking out and the shower water would not get warm at all it was ice cold check out time was not till 11 am but they started knocking on the door at 830 in the morning when I was trying to sleep so I am not to happy with this hotel don’t know if I will stay here again

My experience at this location was concerning. I noticed unprofessional behavior among some staff members, including issues that raised questions about the workplace environment. Additionally, a family member of mine faced a situation where they were accused of something without evidence and were evicted shortly after making a payment for an extended stay. Their payment was not refunded, which felt unfair and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see a lack of accountability and transparency in management. I hope the business takes steps to address these issues and improve their standards for the benefit of their guests and employees. I would look more towards the head of housekeeping.

This place is cool for the price but the front desk staff is horrible,rude,disrespectful and shouldn’t be allowed to work there .. Liz is worse of all . They lied on me and 86 me because they said I was on the property till 12:48 Pm which is a lie because one of the housekeepers had took my phone and the front desk (Liz) went with me to look for it which was at 11am . Wow this place is a joke but hey if you don’t want my money then so be it..
