I’ve stayed at this hotel before over the summer, and I can confidently say my most recent experience was on a whole new level. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay seamless—special shoutout to Oscar and Jake and all the staff, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful! They accommodated an early check-in and a late checkout, which made my trip so much more convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed for relaxation. But what really set this stay apart was the Sunday party! A lively crowd, go-go dancers, a DJ spinning great music, and a variety of refreshments. In addition, the sexy guy that works the front desk was making rounds with Champagne, making sure everyone was having an amazing time. My friends and I had an

The location is excellent, walking distance to the main street, shops and restaurants. The resort is big and I guess it was spectacular quite a few years ago. Nowadays it is neglected, no even basic maintenance. The yard is abandoned and the grass outgrown. Saturday night and the place was almost empty. My room was clean but you can see rotten wood, stained walls, a sink that was spraying water everywhere, old towels, etc. The staff is amazing, friendly, courteous and helpful. The place needs only basic maintenance and repairs to make it popular again.

Stayed here with a buddy over the 4th of July weekend. It was a good time but lack of essential services lowered my rating. Room was clean but worn. Had to take a towel to block one of the missing slats in the window shutters but made it through the weekend okay. Wasn't offered housekeeping services, but interactions with staff were pleasant. Place just looks like no one cares and sad because a few small improvements would make a lot of difference. The Maze was clean and had fun there. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there, but wasn't enough to keep it clean. It was ok and I would consider staying here again.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at the Old Worlds Resort Hotel. After falling ill and being forced to go to the emergency room, I called the main number to request an extension of my stay, as I would not be able to return before the original check-out time. I received verbal confirmation from a staff member, and even received an email confirming that my stay had been extended. However, upon my return from the ER, I was met by a room service attendant who rudely informed me that I needed to leave immediately. When I asked to speak to someone for clarification, I was further mistreated by another staff member who couldn't communicate effectively and had to rely on Google Translate to converse. Despite my prior confirmation, I was forced to leave the hotel with no compassion or und

I enjoyed my stay. My room 505 was simple but clean. The service was was very good and they responded quickly to requests. Aside from one rude employee the entire staff was outstanding. And I would suggest a couple of things. More landscaping and umbrellas around the pool ( it’s a little barren) And bedside outlets ( a lamp with an outlet built in for instance) would be nice for charging. Tv works well with all the channels. Had plenty of towels etc. I’d stay again.
