Aliz Hotel Times Square

We have just got back from a weeks stay here and have had a wonderful time. I want to thank Brandon for making my husbands birthday extra special with the banner balloons and amazing view from our room your fab. The aliz is ideally situated near Times Square and has plenty of subways near by for all your travels. It’s clean and has a modern feel about it. We caught the Jamaican train and subway from jfk and it arrived on the street the aliz is on so was huge relief for us. The staff here are great the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. The only down point id say which isn’t major is the foyer is quite small and only has only several seats and it would be great to have a larger space to have a drink and relax. We found we could never sit for a drink and had to go up to our room every ev

We found this place through Airbnb and it was a really nice hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They had breakfast available and a lounge on the 40th floor which was great for drinks and taking pictures. The room we booked was clean, and the restroom was also very well kept. Everything we needed was provided. Overall, it was a great experience and it was also a very budget-friendly hotel.

Excellent location, perfect for exploring Times Square, Rockefeller etc...Close to the main Subway. ||Easy check in and Excellent checkout service.||Very small lobby with tiny bar and only three bar stools which is a shame in such a big hotel.||Room, on 33rd floor had amazing views but the room layout is poor and definitely not enough storage space for 3 staying 5 Nights. Spotlessly clean and cleaned everyday. Big shout out to maintenance guy working on boxing day who kindly sorted out our daughter's camera 👍🏻.||Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment.||Overall very good experience and yes, would stop again, but no more than 2 nights due to tiny room's.

Positive: This is a beautiful hotel. Some of the staff were great and very nice location was key. Negative: The room size are very small, but we were already expecting that going to New York City. I had booked a double bed and was only given a king they had the rooms and we’re not able to accommodate.

This hotel genuinely operates in a different lane compared to many places I’ve stayed at before and what truly separates it from others is the elite level of service delivered by the staff.
