AeroStay Hotel

As we get older, we place more value on convenience and simplicity when traveling, especially during the winter. When traveling from Watertown, and flying out of Sioux Falls, it is easy and convenient to book a room at AeroStay. It's worth the extra cost to have the security of being at the airport the night before our flight and we can sleep a little later, have breakfast, and walk to our gate. Our room at AeroStay is always clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for the convenience to the airport. We had good experiences with the desk clerks. The pillows were wonderful, but it’s time to replace the mattress. Airplane noise was somewhat muffled, but still noticeable. The sheets were clean, but the room was probably the dustiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. You can see where I swiped the dust with my finger in the photo. We pulled the desk out farther to use for eating, and there was a used toothpick on the far side that had been tucked away when the desk was pushed in. The bathroom has one of those barn doors that have a gap so there’s not much privacy. I also had to pay an airport convenience fee. I have stayed in SF enough times to know that it wouldn’t take me that long to drive to a decent hotel in town that didn’t h

We stay here regularly when we fly out of Sioux Falls, it’s very convenient and our previous experiences have been great. However, our stay on 11/25 was awful! We had a ground floor room, which I requested after finding out in advance from some relatives that stayed the day before us that the elevator was out of order. No big deal for us, since they accommodated us with a ground floor room. We didn’t check in until late evening. The problem was with our bed. My husband and I itched the entire night. We had an extremely early flight and had no rest. We didn’t want to switch rooms because it was late and we had a ton of luggage. With the elevator out, we tried to tolerate it. Exceedingly clean establishment! The staff was more than friendly and helpful! Highly recommend for both family and business. Also recommend for those traveling with disabled family members! I have stayed all over the world in some of the finest hotels in Germany, Switzerland, England and even Ukraine. Definitely would recommend this hotel.
