Advance Inn

Stayed for 2 nights and was guite pleased with the room a little chilly at first, but got warmer after we asked if anything could be done. The manager was very friendly and helpful answering questions on local attractions. The jacuzzi tub was a little loud but was a very nice experience. Would definitely stay there again.

😊: We didn't expect much for the price but it was really wonderful. Everything was there, some restaurants around the corner, a 24 hour shop, and a little away from the hustle in Niagara city. Perfect with car to explore the area, and without car it's a 25 minutes walk to the falls. The motel had an outside space in the morning sun where we had our breakfast..

Inside the unit have been nicely renovated. 25 min walk to the falls. Free parking. Can't beat the price. Friendly staff. Also close to grocery stores.

This looks like a shelter home instead of Motel. This place stinks and have bed bugs. & the owner pretends is the manager here from India - will definitely mess up your day with his attitude. Stay away from this place, if you're on vacation !

We stayed at Advance Inn after attending a wedding, and overall, it was a good experience. The man working the reception at night was fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was comfortable, and we had a great time during our stay. Unfortunately, checkout left a sour taste. I went to the front desk to return my key and collect my deposit, not realizing it would automatically go back to my card. I rang the doorbell, and the woman who answered was extremely rude. When I politely asked her to check my room to confirm nothing was damaged, she rolled her eyes and responded with a dismissive “Have a good day” in the most disrespectful tone. If it weren’t for that interaction, I would have happily given a 5-star review. The rest of the stay was great, but customer service at checko
