Admiral Motel

Absolutely horrible. Lived there from 2018 until 2020. Much nicer then. Needs maintenance and service badly. Has become a hazard to humans.

If u are a biracial couple DO NOT go there. The manager is racist against biracial couples. The manager (john) harassed me the whole time me and my man was there. John told my man that he needs to get me under control even tho he starts with an attitude every day. The rooms have bugs and mold. And the mold is alive. John said when we first got there "we have a little bug issue". He didnt fix anything. And I felt like I could go outside without him watching my every move. And if u got kids or dogs there not welcome. It is DISGUSTING. DONT GO THERE. We moved out about a month ago and I was just diagnosed with walking pneumonia because of the mold that lingered in my lungs. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!... But if you do decide to go GOOD LUCK 🤧🤧😷😷👎👎👎👎🏥🏥🏥

2 stars is a gift. The overall area is nice, close to Walmart and other shopping as well as many restaurants, and close to my bank. The price is very reasonable. As far as the motel itself, it's in quite bad shape, in my room there was no covering for the bathroom window, I actually bought a cheap mini blind and installed it so I had some privacy from the outside world, I also installed a safety chain on the door, the ac worked ok for a small window unit in a big room but wasn't installed well and left a serious security vulnerability. The hot water literally took about 10 minutes to reach the room, I'm not exaggerating, but once it got there it was plenty hot and stayed hot. The bed was fairly comfortable. Checked in late on a Sunday night and ended up staying over a week. The manager is beautiful but very guarded, her staff is very nice and friendly to make up for her playing the bad cop role with attitude. I would highly recommend this Motel to anyone looking for a low cost stay. Thanks Admiral Motel

It's a small, old school motel like the one you'd find in the 70's on route 66. It's a bit run down and service is bad but I loved it and the price was right. If you'd like to stay in someplace different from the usual run of the mill, boring days Inn then take a walk on the wild side and stay in the coolest lodgings second only to the Bates motel. Even the keys are old school so I wouldn't recommend leaving belongings in the room. The heat was steam and very warm even though it was 10 degrees outside.
