Adirondack Sunrise Motel and Cabins

Great stay for a snowboarding weekend while visiting Gore Mountain. Around the corner from all the amenities of Lake George and about 25 minutes away from Gore. We got the Second Floor Suite 21 for 3 nights and it was super comfortable and spacious, with everything you would need to save money and prepare your own meals. The owners/managers are WONDERFUL and are super helpful and accommodating. You can reach them very quickly when you need something. Overall, this was a great experience and will DEFINITELY stay here again for our next visit to Lake George or Gore Mountain.

I can not express how happy my daughter and I were with this Lodge. The staff was amazing, the room was absolutely perfect in everyway! The room was spotless, super clean, adorably decorated - just perfect. The grounds were beautiful - the way they used the gutters to water the landscaping was genius! The firepits were a great place to relax at the end of the night and I love that we each had our own charcoal grill. I highly recommend the Sunrise Lodge - it may not be directly on the water, but its located just a few steps away - well worth the short distance to the beach.

*Please note this review is for a winter stay* We stumbled across this place when looking for somewhere to stay Presidents Day weekend. Prices were great and can't beat the location (2 min drive to the north end of the village). We booked the Apartment, which is just the second floor above the office. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, dining room, tons of space for our family of 4. Pros: Location location location. Comfortable living space, 2 chaise couches and a sofa. Full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven. Cons: No real communication, when we arrived there was a sign on the door to text or call to check in. I texted, never heard back. Did this multiple times during our stay with zero reply. Lack of many essentials in the room (there were 2 forks, not many pots n pans, etc) no p

We stayed 2nights it was good the management is kind. only need to keep more clean the floor of bathrooms was dirty, BBQ grill was very old got broken outside the rooms nests of spiders. Looks like they don't care at night it was cold

We had a great time up there for bike week Close 15 minute walk to town. Nice fire pit tables to grill right outside your cabin. We stayed in 19 and we loved it. Pool was great too. The people running it were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to lake George and we are staying here!!! Price was very reasonable for what you get They have a full functional kitchen which was great eating out gets very expensive
