The Adirondack Lodge has some nice aspects:|The indoor pool is warm and inviting (don't forget to bring a towel from your hotel room); the room was clean and spacious, the bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) were fine, the small refrigerator with freezer compartment met our needs, the shower was hot and strong. The gal that checked us in, Audrey, was very nice and welcoming. The location is an easy walk to a convenience store, a bar restaurant (The Nest) and Frankie's Taste of Italy (make reservations). The grounds offer grilling, picnic tables, and Adirondack chairs along with a tennis court. The property is a bit dated (i.e. here and there you will notice a small peel in the wall paper and a wrinkle in the carpet). The coffee provided in the room is tasteless- better

When u pay a bunch of money for 2 nights, first night no parking lady comes out tweaking, telling us we have to park 2 miles down the road, lady ur crazy, no free breakfast rooms smell, totally would recommend waters edge inn over this dump, I would have been nice if I was treated that way but that’s not the case the lady is snotty and rude.

The room was clean & tidy. The beds were HORRIBLE - killed both of our backs. If nothing else, a hotel should have comfortable mattreses. The shower was a little rough as well, but not horrible. It was clean & the water was hot enough. They didn't offer any kind of breakfast. They did have horrible coffee in the rooms & at the office. The pool is indoors without ventilation making it to hot, humid, & strong chlorine smell, which could be easily fixed by opening the windows. The staff was very friendly. Also, smoking is not permitted in the rooms or outside the doors. I appreciate that greatly (I'm allergic to smoke). Bottom line - I wouldn't return just based on how bad the mattresses were. It kept us up all night & caused pain the next day.

This "hotel" is pure deception. They prey on customers by charging you, then hiding behind ridiculous, non-legal policies like their arbitrary 21+ age rule to deny your stay. Despite their policy preventing access, they flat-out refuse refunds, effectively stealing your money for a service you never received. The staff are incredibly rude, treating you with contempt for daring to question their scammy practices. This isn't a hotel; it's a trap designed to take your cash. Save yourself the financial loss and massive headache. Book literally anywhere else.
