AC Hotel Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country

LOVE THE FRONT DESK AND CAFE/BAR STAFF AS MUCH AS THE LOCATION AND CLEAN MODERN ROOM…maybe even more. ||I’m titanium elite and yet have been staying at the Hyatt regency for years for a more |cushy work trip expensive that I’d get at the Courtyard in the area. ||AC is pretty new hotel and note I’m choosing it instead.|| Neighborhood is fantastic and the women at the front desk are exceptional. ALL OF THEM. They only want to make your stay better in any way they can. The general manager rings a tight team. The amazing gentleman who keeps the latter night crowd happy at the bar has good stories to tell and engages everyone in good conversation prompted by good questions. If the lights were dimmed and the vibe was less bright airport than groovy lounge, it would be a nice alternative to jus

Had a great 2 night stay here over Christmas. 1st time at this hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Was expecting loud freeway noise, heard none. Great customer service. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and professional. The best surprise was the gift wrapping station. They provided everything needed to wrap presents. Great since my adult son was going to get his gifts straight out of a shopping bag. It made things more fun. My only, ehhh, was the No free breakfast for Titanium Elite. Will return in the future.

The room is neat and clean, the location is quiet and lots of restaurants around to choose. We love to stay this hotel!

When i read a few reviews I was a little concerned to stay at this property. Being part of Marriott Bonvoy and always having excellant experiences, I decided to stay. Let me Just say excellant all the way around. Great experience. I would like to thank Kaia For a warm welcome at check in. Thank you Scott at the lounge for excellent drinks, appetizers and the history of the railroad square district. Bianca at check out, thank you for a pleasant departure. Not sure about the negative reviews from past guest but we had none. My niece goes to Sanoma State we will definitely be back on our next stay! Thank you AC!

My family and I stayed one night after driving up from Phoenix. We were exhausted and able to check in early. The front desk staff are exceptional and set the tone for our stay. Rooms were clean and well-appointed with necessities. Quiet at night…we didn’t hear a thing on the 5th floor. Great stay!
