AC Hotel New York Times Square

Our hotel room was larger than expected for a New York room, clean and bed was comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and always has great music. Customer service across the entire hotel was superb and pleasant. Luis and Peter were always super helpful and pleasant to talk with. Location was convenient to all sorts of great food and bars, easy walk to Time Square. The bar/lounge was great and a nice vibe. We travel alot and will definitely book again.

Super convenient location because we were in the city mainly for a Broadway show just two blocks away, and proximity to the Port Authority bus stop was also a huge plus. Only question mark would be how housekeeping didn’t come in to clear our garbage even though we were there for two nights and having it piled up wasn’t pleasant. Otherwise everything was perfect including the front desk, bell men, super friendly and they even gave us a room before check in time which was a plus given how we had traveled overseas and arrived at an odd hour 👍🏻

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the hotel itself is clean, modern, and in a fantastic location, the true highlight of our stay was Raheen. From the very first day, Raheen was incredibly kind and friendly. His personality and welcoming attitude created such a positive atmosphere that it truly made our entire experience. No matter what we needed, whether it was assistance, recommendations, or just a quick question, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to encounter someone so attentive and thoughtful. Because of Raheen, this stay felt special we would absolutely choose to stay at this hotel again just because of him. The exceptional service that he provides make all the difference. Thank you again, Raheen, you have made our trip so memorable!

I had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was extremely attentive. I want to personally thank Antonio, Raheen, and Peter as they were all so kind and accommodating to me and my family and truly made us feel welcome. Although I was really looking forward to enjoying the rooftop experience with my girls, the room itself was a great choice and very comfortable. On top of that, the price offered for a room right in the middle of Times Square was unmatched, which made the stay even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again! My girls really had a great time ☺️.

Short trip for the weekend for three days two nights for our anniversary. We arrived around 11:30 am, there is a 4:00 pm check in but that was fine because we did some shopping and site seeing. Nice restaurant off the lobby Boqueria we stopped in after a few hours out sightseeing. Great drinks and friendly bar tenders. The AC front desk was very accommodating and made us feel welcome before our room was ready. It did take longer than 4 pm but the manager was very generous and sent us a hand written note, bottle of Spanish red wine and snacks. The room was very clean and comfortable, fourth floor city facing. Very minimum noise from the street, not a problem at night for sleeping. The housekeeping staff was kind and brought a cozy robe and slippers that were an unexpected and welcome a
