AC Hotel Atlanta Airport Gateway

Positive: The cleanliness and friendly staff. Negative: I did not like that the young lady at the bar charged me $20 for a Gray Goose and Cranberry. Additionally, she did not provide a receipt.

Simply SUPER!||Location - Literally across the street from the airport and the car rental center.|Room - Large with limited storage, but plenty of space (probably because as an airport hotel, people generally do not unpack for long stays). Nice work/desk area, as well as a sitting are. Has a large high resolution TV, small fridge, coffee maker with pods, and a safe. See the many photos we are sharing. |Amenities - We used the bar/restaurant - super nice people, good food and so much easier than looking for a restaurant near the airport. They have a 24-hour mini store in the lobby as well. |Cleanliness - A+++++ with super clean, with crisp white linens and towels, a number one propriety for us. |People - Better service and authentic kindness than we often see at "resort" properties. I’m sort of a regular at this hotel. Great location and solid staff. The ladies who work the bar are excellent. Great service and personalities. Much love to the chef as well. The food is excellent. It’s always fresh and flavorful. I think the Chef’s name is Brandon. He’s precise. The rooms are comfortable. It’s important that housekeeping don’t get slack with through cleanings. I’ve seen hair in the sink & showers from a previous stay or time or 2. That’s off putting. Cleanliness is super important. Aside from that, it’s an excellent hotel!

Very close to the airport train and parking decks - convenience is key. The rooms were very modern, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff, despite our late night arrival, was welcoming and friendly. Checkout was simple despite leaving in the early hours of the morning for our flight. Will consider future stays here when flying out of Atlanta’s domestic terminal.

While this is a new hotel with all that is nice with that, it is a very stale environment and atmosphere. More conducive of a hospital or doctors' office! Food was better than your average hotel and the staff is very hospitable, energetic and always pleasant and smiling The rooms are nice and spacious but the really cheap mattress didn't make sense. You can hear the coils when you sit in it and it says when you lie on it. So weird for a new property Conveniently located by the airport with plenty of parking
