This isn’t a hotel — it’s a dump disguised as lodging. The room was disgusting: mold and water bubbling up from the floor, roaches crawling, gnats everywhere, holes in the bathroom walls, stains on the chairs, holes in the blankets, and food splattered on the walls and pictures. The AC didn’t work, the lights flickered like a haunted house, and the lamps were literally held together with tape. And the staff? Rude, lazy, and insulting. Instead of fixing anything, they actually tried to blame me for the holes in the bathroom wall — as if I walked in and decided to remodel their filthy hotel for fun. They don’t clean, they don’t care, and they treat guests like trash. On top of it all, the halls were full of kids running, banging on doors, and screaming like it was a daycare. This place is

BEWARE+++ I understood this wouldn't be the best place but it was the only and we really needed to rest. we did not get any rest this is a literal Roach motel, we were met with the scattering of roaches as soon as the lights were on, the room was dirty, burn holes all over the bed sheets, broken toilet seat, the list goes on! This was the VERY WORST STAY I have ever had in my Life. This place should not be open to the public.

This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. The chair had huge “stains” on it. The bed skirt looks like it had never been washed. It was not swept in a long time because the floor was very gritty. The tub faucet was coming odd and the towels were moist. The sheets were wrinkly and stained. I will never stay at one of these places.

I had been at america's best Inn for 5 nights without any issues, however I left to be closer to a near by establishment (motel 6) I am so regretting that. It was the most negative experience I've ever had, I already had a reservation and Immediately.was told a price that was $100 more than what I paid online. He ignored all the requests that were placed with the booking agent. LEFT MOTEL 6 with a quick Ness and headed back to America's Best Inn which was close to $75 less.Thank you America's best Inn

Beware disgusting, unsanitary, literally dried blood stains on the shower curtain and ceiling. Roaches everywhere cracked toilet seats. There should be monthly inspections on how these people run these hotels. And be held accountable.
