7 Springs Inn & Suites

Love this hotel! Love the smallness and retro design. Not to worry, the retro is not old and outdated, it is well done. Front Desk team was welcoming and the location is perfect for those wanting to be close to downtown area.

I stayed at this hotel, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. The place was extremely dirty, smelled awful, and the floor moved a lot, as if it were about to break. The beds were very uncomfortable. When I arrived at night, the receptionist misled both me and another guest by saying he would leave us a parking space when his shift ended, since the hotel has very limited parking. Instead, he left in a hurry and I was left arguing with the other guest. In the end, I gave my parking spot to the lady, and I had to park across the street in a vacant lot, very dark, with no lighting at all, and constant homeless traffic passing through that area. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Love the hotel. The rooms are pretty large and always clean. It's worth getting a room with a kitchen if they're available. It feels like a mini apartment. The location couldnt be more central. The grounds are well kept and they have two pretty different pools. But there isn't any front desk from midnight till 8am. There is an after hours number they post on the door you can use if you need anything but it feels strange to not have anyone immediately on hand

After a long and treacherous day of travel (no seriously- Nightmare on all ends) my husband and I had to book a last minute hotel late after our flight. We weren’t sure what to expect given it was priced low but the reviews were decent and it was close to our car rental shop. Beds and rooms were very clean but Kenneth Star saved the day! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay even though it was for less than 24hr stay. I visit hotels often for leisure and work and I was seriously impressed with his care & attention to detail. This location is extremely lucky to have him as an employee. Thank You Kenneth!!!

Such a lovely place to stay! Rooms are clean and well equipped. When we arrived because we were staying for a longer time they upgraded our room with a kitchen and also right outside the pool area!! The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a pool that is regularly cleaned and also a lovely seating area with a fountain where you can relax with a good book or just chill after a full day around Palm Springs! I cannot recommend 7 Springs enough and am so happy we found this Inn for our stay in Palm Springs!!
