Stayed here a few times while on business in New York. I found the apartments to be clean and the location ideal with the subway across the road and 5th avenue around the corner. The service was friendly at the counter. Would recommend asking for a top level apartment. The view over NYC is spectacular.

Worst organisation ever. So unprofessional. Almost ruined our wedding. They moved our booking to another hotel without notifying me and yet Bridgestreet still charged my credit card. Only found out when I got there and tried to check in. Don't know if the hotel I ended up staying in was an equivalent value (certainly didn't look it). Allison in customer service started off really nice and apologetic when we called to get to the bottom of what had happened and was then useless and ignored us after promising to reply regarding compensation. We were in NYC as we were eloping to avoid a stressful wedding back home in Australia....this experience was so stressful and disappointing. New York is great though and overall we had an amazing time but now we will always be reminded of this unpleasant

לתת למלון הזה כוכב אחד זה גם יותר מדי. בראש ובראשונה - בגלל השירות של פקידת הקבלה שהיה מתחת לכל ביקורת. נדמה היה לנו שאנו מטריחים אותה עם השאלות שלנו ועדיף שנעזוב אותה לנפשה. מאוד לא אדיבה ולא נחמדה הזמנו חדר עם נוף באחת הקומות הגבוהות ושילמנו בהתאם, אך בבואנו גילינו שהחדר, מרווח ככל שהיה, נמצא בכלל בקומה השלישית, בלי נוף ובלי אור שמש. הפקידה לא טרחה לבדוק אם ניתן לעשות משהו בנידון ופשוט אמרה: "מצטערת אדוני, יש לנו בבניין דיירים ששוהים אצלנו הרבה יותר זמן מכם והם לא קיבלו חדר בקומה גבוהה בגלל התפוסה", ובמילים אחרות - מי אתם שתבואו עם בקשות כאלה... נורא! מעבר לזה, המלון יקר ולא מצדיק את המחיר.
